The deposit for this reservation is charged at a rate of ¥100 per guest, which will be fully refunded to your original payment method within 48 hours upon your arrival at the restaurant.
Cancellation Policy: 1. Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 8 hours prior to your scheduled dining time; a 50% deposit refund applies to cancellations submitted between 4 and 8 hours before dining; no deposit will be refunded for cancellations made within 4 hours of the reservation. 2. No deposit refund is available for no-shows without prior cancellation. 3. The table reserved will be kept for 15 minutes,and 2 hours sitting for dinner. If you are late and without mention, the restaurant will unlock, resell the table and forfeit your deposit.
After deposit, we will reserve a table matching your group size. Given that our operating hours differ from round-the-clock online booking platforms, our staff will reach out to you promptly if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from honoring your reservation. In cases where the restaurant is unable to fulfill your booking due to internal reasons, your deposit will be fully refunded via the original payment channel without any deductions.
